Silencer Reconditioning

The Air Filter-Silencer is a very important and sensitive part of the turbocharger. After some operating hours, the soundproofing material and the filter parts are worn, and get full of dirt and oil. Worn out and dirty filter elements will effect turbocharger performance and cause the damage on the compressor side. When dirt exceeds the limits surging effect will occur to the turbocharger.

We can recondition all types of air filters and renew the mats and copper mesh. Air filters / silencers are completely dismantled, the supports, body & filter panel are blasted , the felt layers & securing tabs replacing and the filtering elements are renewed. This is a cost effective solution that renders the silencer to as new condition.
